Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 Depart Kuala Lumpur
Depart from Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Day 2 Arrive Mexico City
Arrive at Mexico City International Airport (Benito Juárez), where you will be met by a local representative and transferred to your downtown hotel.
Spend the remainder of the day at your own leisure adjusting to the time zone.
Overnight in Mexico City.
Day 3 Mexico City – City Tour & Anthropology Museum
Breakfast at hotel.
In the morning, embark on a guided tour of the historical city center. Explore the historic Zócalo Square, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and view the iconic Diego Rivera murals flanking the National Palace (outside).
Continue along Paseo de la Reforma to visit the world-class Anthropology Museum to admire its massive pre-Hispanic archaeological and ethnographic collections. Return to the hotel by 3:00 PM.

Day 4 Mexico City – Teotihuacán Pyramids – Mexico City
Breakfast at hotel.
Set off to the northwest, stopping briefly at the Three Cultures Square and the sacred Guadalupe Shrine Basilica.
Continue to the sprawling ancient archaeological zone of Teotihuacán (“the place where men become gods”). Take a guided walk down the Avenue of the Dead to examine the monumental Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.
Return to the capital for an evening at leisure.

Day 5 Mexico City - Merida (By Flight)

Transfer to the airport to catch your domestic flight across the country to Mérida.
Upon arrival in Yucatán’s capital, check into your colonial city hotel. The rest of the afternoon is entirely free at leisure to wander the elegant plazas of the “White City”.

Day 6 Mérida – Uxmal, Kabah & Sayil – Mérida (By Overland Tour)

Travel southwest into the rolling Puuc hills to discover the UNESCO World Heritage ruins of Uxmal, celebrated for its smooth, highly decorative architectural stone friezes.
Deepen your exploration along the historic Puuc route with specialized guided stops at the nearby ancient Mayan archaeological sites of Kabah and Sayil.
