Cross into Georgia and visit Khareba Winery, an underground wine cellar carved into rock, for a wine tasting. Explore Sighnaghi, a charming town with 23 watchtowers and stunning views of the Alazani Valley. Visit Bodbe Convent, the burial site of St. Nino, Georgia’s patron saint. Continue to Tbilisi. Continue to Ananuri Fortress, a historic castle complex surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Proceed through the scenic Gudauri mountain region before reaching Kazbegi. Today, cross from Georgia into Armenia. The border crossing will require transportation through the neutral zone, with a vehicle change on the Armenian side according to border procedures. Continue your journey to Haghpat Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its medieval Armenian architecture. Proceed to Dilijan, a charming forested town often referred to as the “Little Switzerland of Armenia”, before visiting the stunning Lake Sevan and Sevanavank Monastery located on its peninsula.
